Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okkzz ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the okkzz online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at okkzz.pro. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the okkzz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Access to the okkzz platform is restricted to eligible adults only. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Accurate InformationAll information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, and Bangladesh mobile number — is accurate, current and complete. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• One Account Per PersonYou may only hold one active okkzz account at any time. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full okkzz platform you must register an account. The following terms apply to your account at all times:

• Password SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. okkzz will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any communication channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
• Account Suspensionokkzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In cases of confirmed fraud, okkzz may withhold and void any funds or winnings in the account pending investigation.
• KYC Verificationokkzz may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
• Account Closure by PlayerYou may request closure of your okkzz account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met or forfeited before a closure request can be processed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered bKash or Nagad account within 5 business days of account closure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the okkzz platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit amount is ৳200. okkzz does not charge any fees on deposits. Deposited funds are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmed payment gateway notification from bKash, Nagad or Rocket.
• Minimum WithdrawalThe minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. okkzz does not charge withdrawal fees. The exact amount requested will be sent to your registered bKash or Nagad account, with no deductions applied by okkzz.
• Withdrawal Processing TimeWithdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed on the next available processing cycle. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or during KYC verification.
• Funds SourceBy depositing funds at okkzz, you confirm that all funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal activity. okkzz reserves the right to request proof of funds documentation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular fund sources.

Bonuses and Promotions

okkzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the platform:

• Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement is the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) that must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus EligibilityWelcome bonuses are available to new players only on their first deposit. Reload and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL promotions) are available to existing players as specified in each promotion's individual terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okkzz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in okkzz reporting the activity to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and ChargebacksAttempting to defraud okkzz through false chargebacks, fraudulent payment reversals, or disputed transactions with no valid basis. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate account closure and the full amount will be reported as a bad debt.
• CollusionColluding with other players at live casino tables, in poker rooms, or in any multiplayer game format with the intent to defraud or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Automated SoftwareUsing bots, scripts, automated betting tools, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to give an unfair advantage over normal human play on any okkzz game or betting market.
• Money LaunderingUsing the okkzz platform for the purpose of laundering money or proceeds derived from illegal activities. okkzz cooperates fully with all law enforcement authorities and will report suspected money laundering activity without prior notice to the account holder.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okkzz platform — including but not limited to the okkzz brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, video, audio, and compilation of content — is the proprietary intellectual property of okkzz or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any okkzz intellectual property without express prior written permission from okkzz.

You may not frame, mirror, scrape, or deep-link to any part of the okkzz platform without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of okkzz intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okkzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the okkzz platform. okkzz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

okkzz makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. okkzz shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or telecommunications failures beyond its reasonable control.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the okkzz platform. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to the okkzz support team for internal resolution. okkzz will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.

Changes to These Terms

okkzz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okkzz will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via their registered mobile number or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the okkzz platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to a modification, your only remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure as described in the Account Registration and Security section above.
